  *Add invoice report xls link into box office edit and flat edit forms

Future ideas

  *Need to add logger to every report about their completion (or errors): url with parameters, username, time_start, time_end, alarm
  *If above cause alarm -- send the message to admin emails (mine and phil) -- table + form to edit them
  *Extend the db audit to check data based on last 4 years issues
  *Remove log_sql from trinidad db to get it smaller
  *May be use secondary simpler database for proper working
  *Somehow check data in locked months
  *Review invoice_rep for faster work
  *Make second cost form with autocomplete of too heavy list data
