Using it you may create any amount of accounts and proceed all transactions locally without of any miners. The geth is the miner itself and may do mining very fast while the blockchain is very small.

You may teach your employees to operate with it. I advice to print out every transaction to paper and store in the safe to be sure no one will make mistake or hack eth blockchain to steal money from this computer.

Exactly this mean you have own bank. You may take user's money, add them to own bank and use how do you want. And send money to users by the same manner.
